Path of Exile is a free-to-play Diablo game based on purely cosmetic microtransactions to support the development.
Grinding Gear Games has released a new extension for Path of Exile, called War for the Atlas, which is now available on Xbox One. The game looks spectacular on the standard console, but even better on the Xbox One X, as it runs on native 4K 60 FPS with enhanced effects.
The story of "Path of Exile" is complicated, but this new chapter focuses on the war between two powerful beings known as "The Shaper" and "The Elder". The expansion adds many quests and dungeons and waits for dozens more hours of play. The most impressive thing is that "War for the Atlas" contains more than 30 new cards with many end-of-game items. The extension also acts as a solution, improving the balance and other problems of the Xbox One version.
The expansion also adds the Abyss Challenge League, where players can receive mysterious items called Abyss Jewels fighting against enemies that appear from below. Abyss Jewels can be used to improve your character and your elements in a unique way.
